Job Title: Customer Sales Representative
Location: Paragon City, Lahore
Timings: 5 PM – 2 AM (Mon–Fri)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Package: PKR 50,000 – 70,000/month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a CSR role, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. This role involves handling customer queries, assisting with sales, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
• Provide accurate product information and resolve concerns professionally
• Assist in closing sales and upselling when appropriate
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
