Customer Sales Representative (CSR) – Auto Warranty Campaign

We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our auto warranty sales campaign. The CSR will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, introducing auto warranty products to potential customers, asking qualification questions, and transferring qualified prospects to a licensed closer for final sale completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using an auto dialer system

• Introduce and explain auto warranty coverage in a clear and professional manner

• Build quick rapport and maintain a friendly, confident tone on calls

• Identify qualified leads based on campaign criteria

• Accurately transfer qualified calls to the closing team

• Follow call scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow

• Maintain call quality, compliance, and professionalism at all times

• Achieve daily call volume and qualification targets

• Update call outcomes and notes accurately in the CRM system

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication and listening skills

• Prior call center or sales experience preferred (auto warranty or insurance is a plus)

• Ability to handle objections and stay confident on calls

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Ability to work in a fast-paced outbound calling environment

Work Schedule (US Timings – Night Shift):

• Monday to Friday

• US Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)

• Local Time (PKT): 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

• Night Shift only
