Role Overview

As a Call Center Representative, you will answer incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Provide product/service information and guidance.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.
• Accurately log customer details and interactions.
• Meet service quality and performance standards.
• Work with team members to achieve department goals.

Requirements

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and customer-first approach.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
