Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by building strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their packaging requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing product information.
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to close sales and secure contracts.
  • Product Expertise:
  • Gain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including materials, customization options, and industry applications.
  • Provide product recommendations and solutions based on customer specifications and requirements.
  • Order Processing and Follow-Up:
  • Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Follow up on orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and product improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the packaging industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
