Customer Sales Representative Trucking

About the Role

We are a growing USA based truck dispatching operation looking for a high-energy, Self Driven Sales Professional to help expand our fleet of carriers. You will be responsible for reaching out to trucking company owners (carriers) in the USA, pitching our premium dispatch services, and onboarding new clients.

Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 PKR per month + Performance Bonuses

Location: Onsite

Shift: Night Shift (US Central/Eastern Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to trucking companies in the USA to offer our dispatching services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential carriers through online databases and industry platforms.
• Pitching & Onboarding: Explain our value proposition (e.g., maximizing weekly gross, handling factoring, and ensuring driver home time).
• Relationship Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and follow up consistently to close deals.

Requirements (What we are looking for)

• Proven Sales Skills: Experience in cold calling or telesales is a must. You should know how to handle "No" and keep moving.
• Exceptional English: Clear communication skills with a neutral or professional accent for North American clients.
• Self-Starter: You don’t need a boss watching you. You are motivated by hitting targets and earning bonuses.
• Resilience: You have "thick skin" and can handle rejection with a positive attitude.
• Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and VOIP calling software.
