Job Overview
We are seeking results-driven Customer Sales Representatives to join our US sales team. In this role, you will focus on B2B cold calling to generate qualified leads and set appointments for our digital marketing services. If you have a hunter mentality, fluent English skills, and a proven track record in international sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outreach: Make 200+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects in the US market.
  • Lead Generation: Engage decision-makers (business owners/marketing managers) to present our SEO, SMM, and Web Development solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Qualify prospects and schedule 20+ appointments monthly for senior sales executives.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate records of call logs, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and Brandix Soft’s service offerings to effectively handle objections.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Matriculation (O-Level) required; higher education preferred.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in International B2B Cold Calling (US/UK markets mandatory).
  • Communication: Fluent English (verbal and written) with a neutral accent and excellent listening skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Persuasive negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, GMB, Google Ads, Web Development) is a strong plus.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

  • US Market: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT)
