Job Summary:

Cariva is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our showroom and sales support team. This hybrid role blends front-of-house customer greeting, outbound outreach, sales operations support, and document coordination — ensuring prospects and customers enjoy a seamless experience from first interaction to finalized purchase.


Key Responsibilities:

· Welcome and greet customers visiting the showroom, projecting a professional, customer-first experience.

· Execute outbound calls to prospective leads from contact lists (cold calling), understand their requirements, and pitch Cariva’s inventory.

· Nurture leads via follow-up calls, set appointments or test drives, and hand over to sales team when qualified.

· Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-up documents.

· Gather and verify customer documentation (e.g. identity, income, credit) necessary for bank financing, registration, and related processes.

· Liaise with banks, internal teams, and customers to push the loan approval, registration, and delivery cycles.

· Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, status updates, and next steps in the CRM.

· Generate daily/weekly reports on calling metrics, lead conversion, and customer feedback.

· Assist marketing initiatives by supporting outreach campaigns, tracking responses, and feeding qualified leads to sales.

· Keep the showroom, reception area, and support zones organized, presentable, and customer-ready.

· Undertake additional administrative duties such as filing, coordinating appointments, and record maintenance.
