Customer Sales & Support Agents (Night Shift – International Markets)
Location: National Police Foundation, PWD, Islamabad
Salary: PKR 50,000–70,000/month (based on experience & performance)

Role Overview:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails to assist customers, resolve issues, and close sales while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
(1) Manage international customer interactions professionally.
(2) Achieve sales and service KPIs.
(3) Maintain accurate records and a positive tone.

Requirements:
(1) Proven international call center experience (sales/support).
(2) Fluent English, confident communication.
(3) Target-driven, energetic, and night-shift ready.
Preference for residents of Pakistan Town, Korang Town, Soan Gardens, Media Town, Bahria Town (Rawalpindi), Lohi Bher, and Model Town Humak.
