About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Sales Agent to join our Truck Dispatch team. You will be responsible for connecting with US-based trucking companies, owner-operators, and carriers, introducing them to our dispatch services, and onboarding them as clients.

If you have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the US logistics or freight industry, and love working in a performance-driven environment — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Pitch dispatch services to US-based truck owners, carriers, and small fleet operators.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients with the dispatch operations team.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on leads, conversions, and performance.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in logistics, trucking, BPO, or call center.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (spoken & written).
  • Familiarity with US trucking terms (e.g., lanes, loads, dispatch, factoring) is a big plus.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone).
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
