Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer exceptional technical support to clients and customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our services, guiding customers through the necessary steps.
• Documentation: Accurately document and track all customer interactions, inquiries, and issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and providing valuable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Technical Skills: Experience with SAP and CRM software is a plus. Ability to learn new software quickly and effectively.
• Personal Qualities: Confident, strong personality with a focus on continuous personality enhancement and professional growth.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: 60,000 -70,000 PKR
