Job Overview

Digi Sparo is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about company services.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow company policies and service standards.
  • Meet performance and quality targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work evening or night shifts.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus (Fresh candidates may apply).
