Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo and Alexandria for a Sales Representative / Sales Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance by engaging with customers, identifying their needs, presenting suitable solutions, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with potential and existing customers to promote products and services
• Identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into successful sales
• Presenting solutions tailored to customer needs and business goals
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Building strong customer relationships through professional communication and persuasive selling techniques

What we’re looking for:

✅ Fluency in English is a MUST(B2/C1 level)
✅ Strong Sales, Upselling & Persuasion skills
✅ Ability to close deals and handle objections confidently
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & active listening skills ️
✅ Customer-focused mindset with a passion for achieving results
✅ Previous experience in Sales, Telesales, or Call Center environments is a plus
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage ️
✅ Flexibility to work night & overnight shifts
Professional phone etiquette and confident sales communication are highly valued
