What’s the purpose of this role:

To provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, providing product information, replenishing stock, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organised environment ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and contributing to overall sales performance.


What will you be doing:

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, assist with product inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Promote products and upsell when appropriate to help meet store sales targets.
  • Replenish shelves, organise displays and ensure products are correctly priced and labelled.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe and welcoming environment by regularly cleaning and organising the store.
  • Assist in stock counts & inventory and help with receiving and unpacking new stock.
  • Attend training sessions to expand your product knowledge and skills, supporting both your personal development and the store’s growth.
  • Collaborate with your teammates to ensure smooth store operations and success.


What we are looking for:

  • Must have experience in cash handling & POS system
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ experience in retail or customer service
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and work under pressure
  • Merchandising and visual display skills may be a plus
