Salary: 18,800 EGP Net per month

Job Type: Full-time

The Role: We're looking for fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You'll handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing solutions and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires flexibility for rotational shifts (mornings, evenings, nights, weekends).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally.
  • Document interactions accurately.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent English speaker (verbal & written).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts.
  • No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided!
