Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant with 1–2 years of experience to handle customer queries and ensure a smooth support experience across WhatsApp, calls, and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp/phone/email in a timely manner
• Assist with order-related support: delivery status, address updates, returns/refunds, and complaints
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations/logistics) to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate customer and case records on Excel/CRM
• Follow up until closure and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years experience in customer support (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi + basic English
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Email, Excel (CRM experience is a plus)
• Patient, polite, solution-oriented, and organised

Work Details

• Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Work from Office)
• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (depends on experience & interview)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
