Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator – HAZMAT to support and oversee customer interactions involving hazardous materials. This role ensures safety, compliance, and smooth coordination across customer service, logistics, and regulatory teams.

Role: Human Resources – Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Gujarat, India (Remote)
Duration: Long-term (1 Year)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily customer service operations related to HAZMAT shipments
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliant handling of regulated materials
  • Train and coach team members on service and compliance requirements
  • Handle escalations and coordinate with regulatory authorities
  • Track team performance and drive continuous improvements
  • Maintain documentation for audits and safety reviews

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of hazardous materials regulations (DOT, IATA, OSHA, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and conflict-resolution capabilities
  • Ability to manage compliance-focused documentation
  • Experience with logistics and customer service platforms
