Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media with warmth and precision.
• Provide accurate and prompt information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Maintain organized customer records through CRM systems.
• Follow up on pending queries to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
• Escalate complex cases to senior management when necessary.
• Contribute to FAQs, support materials, and customer feedback reports.
• Gather and relay customer insights to improve service quality and brand experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in customer service or client relations — preferably within luxury fashion, skincare, jewellery, makeup, lifestyle, or home décor brands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage multiple priorities gracefully.
