We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our D2C brand’s customer experience team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, handling queries, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the brand’s growth through direct communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication:

Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about products, offers, or orders.

Handle inbound customer calls related to inquiries, feedback, or support requests.

Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or service confirmations.

  • Sales & Conversion:

Promote and upsell products to existing and potential customers.

Maintain a good understanding of brand products and features to answer customer questions effectively.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Customer Support:

Record customer interactions and maintain accurate call logs in the CRM system.

Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for issue resolution related to orders, returns, or deliveries.

Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a positive customer experience.

  • Brand Representation:

Communicate in a professional and friendly manner consistent with the brand’s tone and values.

Collect insights from customer interactions and share feedback with the marketing or product teams to improve overall experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (experience in a D2C or retail brand is a plus).

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Malayalam.Hindi is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer concerns with patience.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets.

Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
