Job Title: Executive – After Sales Support & School Coordination

1. School Support & Relationship Management

Act as the single point of contact for schools post-implementation of Nischal’s products and programs.

Coordinate and ensure timely support visits, installations, and training sessions as required by schools.

Regularly monitor feedback from schools and escalate any issues to the relevant departments.

Maintain a strong relationship with school principals, coordinators, and teachers to ensure satisfaction.

2. Visit & Deliverable Tracking

Plan, monitor, and track field visits made by the support team to schools.

Ensure all deliverables, training sessions, and product handovers are completed as per timelines.

Maintain detailed records of visits, outcomes, and follow-up actions.

3. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain and update school data, contact details, visit schedules, feedback reports, and support logs.

Use Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems to track and analyse data efficiently.

Generate weekly/monthly reports on support performance and school satisfaction.

4. Internal Coordination

Collaborate with academic, logistics, training, and sales teams for smooth execution of post-sales activities.

Assist the operations team with data validation and documentation.

Support the training team in scheduling and feedback collection.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in after-sales support, client servicing, or operations (experience in EdTech or education sector preferred).

Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data management, and ERP/CRM systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-ups.

Ability to manage multiple schools and priorities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹9,363.55 - ₹30,164.16 per month
