Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

· Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

· Provide detailed information about services.

· Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

· Update customer records and ensure accurate data entry.

· Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues.

· Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.

· Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
