Customer Service Executive

Work Directly for US HQ | No Third-Party Campaigns | Night Shift

We are hiring Customer Support Executive (CSE) for our In-House US Operations.

Unlike typical BPOs that rely on unstable client campaigns, we are the Principal Business Owners. We have operated in the US for 16 years.

We don't have clients who can fire us. We ARE the client.

THE FINANCIALS:

• Performance Incentives: Earn up to PKR 20,000+ monthly based on quality (CSAT/QA).
• Attendance Allowance: PKR 3,000 (Paid on time).
• THE ROLE (100% Non-Sales):

Responsibility

• Support: Handle Inbound/Outbound queries for our own US customers.
• Solve: Provide professional solutions aiming for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
• Tools: Use premium CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Growth: We promote from within. Path to Team Lead ==> Operations Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• English: Fluent with a Neutral or American accent (Non-negotiable).
• Experience: 6+ Months in International BPO / CSR preferred.
• Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
