The Customer Service Executive - Car Rental acts as the primary liaison between the rental sales team and the operations team on the ground. This role ensures smooth communication, seamless execution of rental contracts, and high-quality service delivery to customers. The position supports operational efficiency and fills gaps during team absences, ensuring uninterrupted rental operations.
Your Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Service
- Assist customers with rental inquiries, bookings, and contract clarifications.
- Provide accurate information regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Rental Operations Support
- Act as a bridge between the rental sales team (Pakistan) and on-ground operations team.
- Execute rental contracts, including data entry, verification, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of vehicles, maintaining accurate records.
Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist the rental sales team in achieving targets by providing operational support.
- Follow up on pending contracts, approvals, and payments.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues or delays.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate rental records and reports.
- Prepare daily/weekly updates for management on rental activities, pending issues, and customer feedback.
Team Support & Flexibility
- Cover responsibilities of other team members during absences, off days, or annual leave.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by the Rental Sales or Operations Manager.
Skill Sets/Experience We Require
- Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in car rental, customer service, or operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
