Customer Service Executive - Female

We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to connect with homeowners, explain our Construction and Interior Design packages, and help convert inquiries into clients. The role involves client consultations, understanding project requirements, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries
• Follow up with leads and close sales opportunities
• Maintain CRM records and prepare reports
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Telesales, or Inside Sales (preferably in Construction or Interiors)
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English proficiency is an added advantage)
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
