Customer Service Executive – CFS, Bonded & General Warehouse

Location: Navi Mumbai

Education: Graduate and above

Experience Required: 1–4 years (preferably in logistics, CFS, bonded or general warehousing)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily coordination for CFS, bonded, and general warehouse services

Manage documentation (inward/outward, bond entries/exits, customs coordination, etc.)

Track cargo movement and update clients accordingly

Resolve customer queries and ensure high service quality

Skills Required:

Knowledge of CFS & bonded warehouse operations

Good communication and coordination skills

Familiarity with customs/bond documentation

MS Office and email proficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
