Customer Service Executive(Pricing)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and Customer Service executive-in pricing to join our growing logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and share freight quotations (air, sea, road, and courier) as per customer requirements
  • Handle customer queries related to pricing, transit time, surcharges, and services
  • Coordinate with pricing team and vendors for updated rates
  • Follow up with customers on sent quotations and support sales conversions
  • Maintain pricing records, rate sheets, and quotation history
  • Ensure timely response to customer emails and calls
  • Support operations team for booking confirmations and documentation if required
  • Resolve customer complaints related to pricing discrepancies professionally
  • Maintain strong customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)
  • 1–3 years experience in logistics customer service or pricing .
  • Good knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics services
  • Strong communication skills (email & phone)
  • Basic MS Excel and documentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
