About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn how to communicate with clients, resolve queries, and contribute to a positive customer experience. You will gain hands-on exposure to customer support operations, CRM tools, and service protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or social media.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Log and track customer interactions using internal tools or CRM systems.
  • Support in following up on pending queries and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with the support team to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
  • Assist in preparing FAQs, support documentation, and feedback reports.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
