Sales Assistant Male / Female

Job Summary:

The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in managing customer relationships, processing orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
• Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• 3-2 years Prior experience in sales support role (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
