Job Title: Sales Girl – Perfume Section (Saleem Fabrics)

Position Overview:

As a Sales Girl at Saleem Fabrics (Perfume Section), you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and promoting our exclusive range of perfumes. Your main goal is to create a pleasant shopping experience by understanding customer preferences, recommending suitable fragrances, and ensuring the perfume counter remains attractive and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
• Understand customers’ fragrance preferences and suggest perfumes that match their tastes.
• Provide detailed information about perfume notes, brands, pricing, and ongoing offers.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, or complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system.
• Ensure the perfume display area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets.
• Stay updated on new perfume arrivals, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Maintain a positive, cooperative, and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in retail or customer service (preferably in perfumes or cosmetics) is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good product presentation and selling abilities.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.

Energetic, well-groomed, and customer-focused attitude.

Working Conditions:
