Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support operations, and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality. The day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, implementing customer service policies, and maintaining high standards of customer care.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Analytical Skills for processing customer feedback and improving service
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective customer interactions
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a team
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
