We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Service Manager to work in a leading Australian firm, managing and growing high-value client relationships and agency partnerships. This role is critical in ensuring sustained revenue generation through upselling, exceptional client servicing, and driving growth across different platforms. You will be the main point of contact for top-tier clients and agents, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying new commercial opportunities that align with the Company and business goals.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the nuances of both B2B and B2C landscapes.

Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, agents, and partners.
  • Understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions aligned with company’s product and services
  • Manage end-to-end client servicing, from onboarding and brief management to execution and client journey.

Revenue & Growth Management

  • Own the revenue targets for key accounts and ensure consistent monthly income generation.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams

Relationship Building & Retention

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and agents.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and responsive communication.
  • Secure repeat business through high-quality service and strong interpersonal rapport.

Required Skills:

  • Strong client servicing and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and confident personality
  • Proven experience managing high-value accounts
  • Experience with CRM systems and data reporting (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B and B2C
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on ROI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Customer Service Management: 4 years (Preferred)
