Customer Service Manager (Business Immigration Consultancy)

We are a growing business immigration consultancy seeking a hard-working and dedicated Customer Service Manager to assist and support clients through phone calls and in-person meetings. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English as well as experienced in client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and communicate with existing clients via phone calls and face-to-face meetings
  • Provide clear updates, guidance, and support throughout the client journey
  • Manage client inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending matters
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Support and oversee customer service operations as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in customer service or client relationship roles
  • Hard-working, dedicated, and reliable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and meeting them in person
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Experience in immigration consultancy or professional services is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
