Customer Service Officer 10M26

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the customer experience, addressing concerns, and providing timely solutions. You will work closely with other departments to ensure information is correctly relayed to customers, contributing to the overall satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask and handle high pressure situations calmly.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient use of basic computer applications and customer service software.
