What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service (logistics/courier experience is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree is must
• Strong communication skills – calls, emails & customer handling
• A proactive mindset with strong teamwork abilities

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to import/export & shipment tracking
• Ensure quick and effective resolution of issues & complaints
• Identify opportunities and generate leads for sales
• Create airway bills and coordinate with operations teams
