Human capital HR Solutions, is looking for a Customer Officer to support its operations at Port Qasim. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who can effectively handle customer interactions and documentation related to import and export processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide timely and professional responses
- Coordinate with clients regarding import and export documentation
- Ensure accurate preparation and processing of required documents
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and customers
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
- Keep records of customer interactions and documentation
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude
- Basic understanding of documentation processes (training can be provided)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or similar role
