Customer Service Officer

· Follow up internal and external customers to achieve monthly sales target, increase sales turnover by adding new laundry orders.

· Support branch staff to manager daily laundry operation.

· Prepare sales quotation and negotiate new laundry contract.

· Handle social media activities and conduct brand awareness activities

· Conduct customer loyalty and retention activities.

· Manager delivery scheduling and customer order scheduling with staff and drivers.

· Manage online orders, update order status.

· Telemarketing and accrue new customers / monitor and update google, social media marketing.

· Follow up new customer inquiries and convert in to sales/ Handle web and google inquires.

Biling , invoicing, credit follw up

Prapering Driver working shedule and cordinater supplier orders

Invoiceing and payment collection

obtaining customer reviews and fedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service : 3 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)
