Overview

Madi International is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience with the brand. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and committed to maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
  • Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately
  • Resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system
  • Provide information on products, services, and promotions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Uphold Madi International's standards of customer care and professionalism
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • High school diploma or higher education (bachelors degree is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
  • Passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
