Customer Service & Operations Coordinator – Night Shift

SGI International Pvt. Ltd is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to manage customer communication and order processing for its international service operations.

This role involves handling live chats, emails, and workspace communication, providing price quotes to customers, processing incoming orders, and coordinating job instructions with the production team to ensure smooth operations.

This is a 12-hour night shift position, and training will be provided. The role also offers growth opportunities, and employees who perform well may progress to team lead or managerial positions within the company.

Shift Timings:

  • Winter: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
  • Summer: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Shift timings adjust according to USA daylight savings schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and workspace platforms
  • Review customer inquiries and provide accurate price quotes
  • Process incoming orders and record customer instructions clearly
  • Coordinate job details and requirements with the production team
  • Ensure all instructions are properly communicated and understood
  • Monitor order progress and follow up
  • Maintain professional, clear, and timely communication with customers
  • Escalate urgent issues or complex requests to supervisors when required
  • Keep records of customer communication, quotes, and order updates
  • Help maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency during the shift

Requirements:

  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Basic spoken English understanding
  • Ability to manage chats, emails, and multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools
  • Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working night shifts
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing customer instructions
  • Typing speed of 35–45 WPM preferred
  • Previous experience in customer support, chat support, email handling, quoting, or order processing is an advantage
  • Training will be provided, so motivated fresh candidates may also apply

Education

  • Candidates with an O-Level / A-Level background will be preferred
  • Degree is not a strict requirement
  • The most important requirement is the ability to write accurate, fluent, and professional English without grammatical mistakes

This is a growth oriented position. Candidate who performs successfully, demonstrate reliability, and develop strong operational and communication skills may progress to team lead and manager level roles within the company.

Salary:

Pay: Rs. 60,000 - Rs70,000 per month

Commission: In addition to pay, sales commission will be offered based on successful order conversions and overall service quality
