Customer Service Representative
Position Overview:
We are seeking a well-spoken Customer Service to reach-out, generate leads and drive good engagement with employers over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential employer, understanding their needs, and successfully taking their requirements. Additionally, the role involves documenting information, answering queries, and fostering long-term employer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement: Ask engaging questions to keep conversations flowing and maintain employer interest.
Need Assessment: Listen actively to employers’ requirement and provide recommendations on relevant needs.
Documentation: Accurately gather information, explain who we are and what we do.
Customer Support: Address and resolve employer questions and concerns regarding our services.
Targets: Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics.
Personal Specification:
Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service position is preferred, particularly in a BPO in your home country.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively.
Creativity: Creative thinking abilities to develop engaging pitches and solutions for inquiries.
Engagement: Proven strong persuasive skills, with a focus on achieving targets and driving results and building lasting employer relationship.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build trust with employers.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address concerns and adapt target strategies as needed.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous record-keeping abilities for accurate documentation of employer interactions and transactions.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in pursuing
