Customer Service Representative

Job description:

We are hiring for the position of Customer Service with 1-2 years experience in UAE or Home Country. Candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Arabic (Malayalam will be an added advantage)

Job Description:

• Address customers' requests and queries
• Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships and experience
• Execute order processing and order fulfillment tasks.
• Handle customer information and data and escalate issues to the concerned team
• Handle customer complaints and provide an appropriate solution
• Gather customer feedback from multiple sources including surveys
• Identify risks associated with different approaches to business process change.

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess minimum of 1-2 years experience in UAE or Home Countryin Customer Service / call center
• Experience in handling large volume calls
• Fluent in English, Hindi,Arabic & Malayalam
• Candidate should be available to join immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
