Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions across phone, email, and chat platforms, resolving shipment-related queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and strong coordination with logistics partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and chats in a courteous and professional manner.
- Resolve shipment-related queries, including tracking, delays, and delivery status updates.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding product pricing, shipping options, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and internal departments to resolve shipment or service issues.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively; escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in the CRM system.
- Ensure consistent and timely follow-ups with customers to keep them informed on case progress and resolution status.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customer situations.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills to efficiently handle high volumes of inquiries.
- Confidence in managing customer communications across calls, emails, and live chat channels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with logistics partners and cross-functional internal teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience with CRM systems and customer service tools is preferred.
