Customer Service Representative(CSR)
Full-Time, On-site

PKR 40,000–50,000/month + 5% Performance-Based Commission

Clean and Green Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a confident and target-driven Customer Sales & Support Representative to drive service sales, manage client inquiries, and support business growth. We’re seeking someone with a proven background in both sales and customer support, strong Excel & CRM skills, and the ability to deliver a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound sales calls, customer support queries, and social media inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and promotions.
• Upsell additional services and meet monthly sales targets through proactive follow-ups.
• Log all interactions in the CRM, maintain accurate records in Excel, and follow up on leads.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of local experience in both Customer Service/Support and Sales
• Strong communication, persuasive selling, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory)
• Proficiency in CRM systems and social platforms
• Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated
• Flexible with rotating weekly off-days (must be available on Saturdays and Sundays)
• Willing to work in shifts: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
