Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on onboarding U.S.-based truck drivers for our dispatching services. In this role, you will actively engage with potential clients by reaching out to leads, presenting our service offerings, addressing any concerns, and successfully bringing drivers on board. This position demands excellent communication skills and the ability to manage the entire sales process—from initial contact through onboarding and smooth handover to the dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact truck drivers using provided leads to introduce and promote our dispatch services.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches with confidence and professionalism.
- Respond to questions and handle objections effectively to close deals.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new drivers and coordinate their transition to the dispatch team.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing; experience in dispatch services is an advantage.
- Strong telephone communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
- Availability to work onsite at the Architect Society, Lahore, during the hours of 6 PM to 2 AM.
- Basic understanding of trucking operations or load boards is beneficial but not mandatory.
