Intelcia, a global outsourcing leader, is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our U.S. clients with technical assistance and billing inquiries.

Locations:

• Cairo – Walk of Cairo (El-Sheikh Zayed)
• Alexandria – Borg El Arab (Silicon Waha)

Work Conditions:

• Rotational shifts (5 working days + 2 days off, with flexibility to swap)
• 9-hour workday (including 1-hour break)
• Transportation is provided for both male and female employees

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary: 19,000 EGP (growth potential up to 32,000 EGP )
• Net salary: 14,000 EGP
• KPI incentives up to $100
• Mobile sell-up bonuses ( $2 – $22 )

• Graduates, undergraduates, and gap-year students
