About the Role

Fairways Logistics is seeking Customer Service Representatives (Sales) to join our night shift team. In this role, you’ll engage with clients across the US and Canada, handle calls, resolve queries, promote logistics solutions, and turn leads into loyal customers. This is a fast-paced, in-office role that requires excellent English communication, strong sales ability, and the drive to perform under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Identify customer needs, upsell services, and close sales.
• Achieve sales KPIs while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Handle client concerns with empathy and coordinate with internal teams.
• Stay informed on company services and logistics industry updates.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or telesales (logistics/BPO preferred).
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Confident, persuasive, and target-focused personality.
• Full-time availability for the night shift (on-site).
