Role Overview

We are looking for Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring timely, professional, and high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
• Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and returns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
• Resolve issues promptly and provide account-related assistance
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Prior customer service experience preferred; e-commerce knowledge (eBay, Amazon) is a plus
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal – essential for local & international customers)
• Must bring your own laptop daily
• Ability to commute or relocate to Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad
