Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer queries and resolve issues efficiently through multiple platforms (Phone, Email, Chat).
• Provide exceptional service and ensure high customer satisfaction at all times.
• Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism, patience, and understanding.
• Assist customers with product information, billing, and troubleshooting.

Monday to Saturday: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (9-hour shifts).
Salary Rs 25000 per month and incentives
