(Female ONLY)

Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE

Description: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong background in Customer service / Sales. Knowledge of hydraulic and industrial hoses and fittings is a plus. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support
• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipments
• Resolve any issues related to customer service/sales

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, sales and logistics
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of hydraulic and industrial hoses and fittings is advantageous
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to relocate to Umm Al Quwain
