We are a fast growing personal injury law firm that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Your role is critical in maintaining client satisfaction across multiple communication channels, making this position ideal for individuals who excel in both communication and problem solving. This position does require daily attendance to our Tempe office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and text.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding their case and the legal process.
  • Resolve clients issues by coordinating with other staff members, insurance companies, medical providers, etc. on a timely basis
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail, extremely organized and can multi-task
  • Ability to work well with a team and independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
