What You’ll Do:

  • Follow company SOPs to deliver high-quality consultation and support services to students.
  • Monitor teaching quality and provide timely, constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement and better learning outcomes.
  • Support students throughout their learning journey by identifying challenges and providing tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering personalized learning plans and progress recommendations.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and drive referrals through proactive service and engagement.
  • Track and analyze students’ learning data to identify improvement areas and propose actionable plans to boost learning effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, or any related role.
  • Passionate about education and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a cheerful and approachable personality.
