Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Arabic/English) – Phone Support & Order Follow-Up
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle incoming customer phone calls, follow up on phone orders, and support customers with inquiries, complaints, and after-sales needs. When call volume is lower, you will assist with additional operational tasks such as basic website management and other administrative support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, primarily in Arabic and also in English when needed
- Take and process customer phone orders accurately, confirming product details, quantities, delivery details, and payment method (if applicable)
- Follow up on pending orders, delivery status, and customer requests until closure
- Handle customer complaints calmly and effectively, escalating issues when required and ensuring proper resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, and order updates in the system (CRM/ERP/Excel as applicable)
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, delivery, accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- During downtime, support other tasks based on business needs, such as:
- Basic website content updates (product listings, prices, photos, availability, banners, simple edits)
- Support with simple reporting, data entry, or social media/customer message follow-up (if needed)
- Any other reasonable administrative tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential; strong English communication skills required
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is strongly preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly, patiently, and confidently
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and common tools (email, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM/ERP systems)
- High attention to detail, especially for order accuracy and customer information
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a customer-first mindset
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or website management
- Experience with Odoo
- Experience with AI tools / Graphic design
- Experience working with delivery coordination and order tracking
